Commission Agreement

Effective date: [14/08/2025]

When commissioning a custom engraved mirror, the following terms apply:

1. Design Brief – You must provide all requested details (text, fonts, designs, references) via email or Instagram.
2. Design Approval – I will send you a preview. You must approve it before engraving begins.
3. No Changes After Approval – Once approved, no edits, cancellations, or refunds are possible except in the case of damage or defect before the mirror is sent.
4. Ownership – We retain the right to use photos of the finished product for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Payment – a deposit worth half the price of the engraved mirror/s is required before any design phase starts. Once a design is confirmed the remaining cost must be paid in full before the mirror is engraved and sent.
