Custom Orders

Because our mirrors are custom engraved, they are exempt from the standard 14-day change-of-mind return period under UK law (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, Regulation 28(1)(b))

Non-Custom Items

If we sell any ready-made items, you may return them within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, excluding shipping costs, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
