Processing Times

All mirrors are made to order.

Standard processing time is 5 business days from final design approval.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped.
Domestic Shipping (UK)

FREE Tracked Delivery on all UK orders.

Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or equivalent, arriving in 2–3 working days after dispatch.

A tracking number will be provided.

Next-day upgrades (Royal Mail Tracked 24) are available at checkout for an additional fee.
International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail International Tracked or equivalent.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and parcel size.

Delivery times vary by destination (typically 5–10 working days, excluding customs delays).

All international orders include a tracking number once deliveries are processed and sent.

Unfortunately due to tariffs put forward by the United States, international tracked shipping to the US is £30.
